Refund Return Policy

Pandit RS Agnihotri prioritizes customer satisfaction and has implemented a flexible cancellation policy. According to this policy:

  •  Cancellations will only be entertained if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, once orders are communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping processes initiated, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
  •  Perishable items such as flowers or food are not eligible for cancellation. Nevertheless, customers may request a refund or replacement if the delivered product’s quality is unsatisfactory.
  •  Customers should promptly report any damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team. However, the resolution process begins only after the merchant verifies the issue on their end. Such reports should be made within 30 days of product receipt.
  •  If customers find received products differing from what was displayed on the site or below their expectations, they must inform our customer service within 30 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will thoroughly investigate the matter and make an appropriate decision.
  •  For products covered under manufacturer warranties, customers are advised to direct their complaints to the respective manufacturers.
  •  If refunds are approved by Astrohealer Prammit, it may take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the end customer’s account.
